8. Governing Law and Arbitration

8.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8.2 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be settled by arbitration.

8.3 Arbitration Procedure

• The arbitration shall be conducted inside Bangladesh in Bengali.
• The number of arbitrators shall be one to three, appointed in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
• The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8.4 Waiver of Class Actions

The parties agree that any arbitration shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

8.5 Injunctive Relief

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a competent court to protect its rights pending arbitration.

9. Security Warning

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and data when using TTZ Academy services.

• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to TTZ Academy.
• TTZ Academy implements reasonable security of your information.
• Users should use strong passwords and avoid sharing account credentials.
• TTZ Academy reserves the right to suspend accounts showing suspicious activity to protect our platform and users.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their devices are free from viruses and malware. TTZ Academy is not liable for any damage caused by viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of our services.
